We are seeking an enthusiastic Physical Therapist to provide quality patient care with our experienced team in the Gloucester location. New grads welcome!
Gloucester County is a beautiful, growing waterfront community bordering the York River and lower Chesapeake Bay. We are conveniently located near Yorktown, Williamsburg, Newport News and between Richmond and Virginia Beach. Gloucester, often called the Daffodil Capital of the World for the wild yellow flowers that grow throughout the county and annual festival, maintains its charm as a close knit community.
The Gloucester Point facility provides comprehensive physical therapy services in a team oriented and patient focused environment. The Clinical Director, Karen Kovacs, MPT, has been with Tidewater Physical Therapy since 2004. She has obtained her OCS, is a USAT Level 1 Triathlon Coach, and also serves at the company's Clinical Coordinator for Clinical Education. Karen utilizes a hands-on approach and integrates manual therapy, muscle re-education and exercises designed to correct impaired movement patterns to achieve excellent outcomes with her patients.
Continuing education, use of the most advanced treatment techniques, and state-of-the-art equipment are important aspects of Tidewater Physical Therapy's commitment to their patients and referring professionals.
